Armando collects as little information as possible and only what is necessary to keep the bot operational.

2. Data We May Process

• Guild or server identifiers needed to understand where the bot is installed.
• Voice channel identifiers required to reconnect to the expected channel.
• Technical logs such as connection failures, disconnects, and heartbeat diagnostics.

3. Data We Do Not Intend to Collect

• Message contents.
• Voice audio or recordings.
• User profiling data unrelated to the bot’s function.
• Advertising or tracking identifiers.

4. Retention

Technical logs should be retained only for a limited period and only for troubleshooting, maintenance, and abuse prevention.

5. Removal

You may remove Armando from your server at any time. After removal, any remaining technical data should be cleaned up as operationally feasible.

6. Updates

This policy may be updated as the bot evolves. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised policy.
