1. Acceptance

By inviting Armando to a Discord server or using any of its features, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Armando is a Discord bot designed to preserve an AFK presence in voice channels through a silent audio stream and a recurring heartbeat.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Armando in ways that violate Discord rules, applicable law, or the normal operation of other communities.

4. Data Scope

Armando is designed to minimize data collection. Operational data is limited to what is strictly needed to maintain the service and debug failures.

5. Availability

The bot is provided on a best-effort basis. Uptime, uninterrupted access, and compatibility are not guaranteed.

6. Liability

Armando is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

7. Suspension

The developer may suspend access or remove the bot from a server if abuse, misuse, or policy violations are detected.

8. Changes

These terms may change over time. Continued use after an update implies acceptance of the revised version.
